Fostering is the long- or short-term care of a child or young person who cannot – for a variety of reasons – stay with their birth family at the current time.
Our foster carers become part of a professional team and receive extensive support, ongoing training opportunities and weekly financial allowances.

Adoption is a legal process which transfers all legal responsibility for the child to their new parent(s).
It’s a permanent, life-long commitment which offers children who have not had the best start the opportunity to live happy, healthy, fulfilling lives with their new families.
It’s also the chance for you to begin or complete a family of your own.

Fostering Information Sessions
Our next Fostering Information session will be on Wednesday 17 September at 6.00pm till 7.30pm at our Moulsecoomb Hub South offices. Please contact our fostering team to book a place.
