Fostering is the long- or short-term care of a child or young person who cannot – for a variety of reasons – stay with their birth family at the current time.

Our foster carers become part of a professional team and receive extensive support, ongoing training opportunities and weekly financial allowances.

To foster, we do ask that you have:
• a spare bedroom and
• experience in caring for children
- though you do not need to be a parent yourself.

Learn more about fostering and what we offer our amazing carers,
or call us on 01273 295 444.

Are you already working as a foster carer and thinking about transferring to Brighton and Hove?

We welcome enquiries from foster carers who currently work for private fostering agencies

We have specialist workers within our Fostering Recruitment Team - please ask when you call.

We are able to fast track the transfer process and can provide enhanced financial rewards for your fostering knowledge and experience

“[My foster mum] is like my second mum - I love her to absolute bits. She has always been there to help me through the last 2 and a half years.

Thank you so much. I also know you are going to stay in my life – you and my foster dad will always have a place in my heart xx”
